After the release of the Final version of 2004 Core, several comment coding errors were discovered. In addition, a programming error resulted in an inappropriate maximum value of '0' in some of the unfolding amount questions.
The errors occurred in the following sections:
Section H04H_H; Section H04M1_R; Section H04Q_H; Section H04R_H; Section H04S_R; Section H04V_R.
