In general, the values in variable NE076 should be the same as the Other Person Number (OPN) values. Due to a data processing error this was not always the case. As a result, the following data correction statements need to be applied (in the order listed) to the 2012 Final Core Section E_TC data. Please make these changes to your files.
if OPN=990 and NE076 in (998) then OPN=998.
if OPN=990 and NE076 in (990) then OPN=999.
if OPN=999 then NE076 =999.
