The document describes a contributed dataset- Pace of Aging in the HRS. The analysis to produce the dataset is described in in Balachandran et al., 2025 Nature Aging1. Analysis code is available on GitHub. Briefly, we modeled Pace of Aging from longitudinal data collected during 2006-2016 on glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C), C-reactive protein (CRP), cystatin-C, peak flow, waist-circumference, diastolic blood pressure, gait speed, grip strength, and balance according to the method introduced in Belsky et al. 2015 PNAS 2.
