This dataset contains the 4-year probability of mortality as estimated by the social frailty index (SFI). The social frailty index uses age, sex, and 8 social predictors from the core interview and psychosocial questionnaire. Values are only estimated for participants who were eligible for and completed the psychosocial questionnaire (i.e., every 4 years).
