SSGAC Polygenic Scores for Educational Attainment (Phase 3)

This researcher contribution consists of a .txt file and related documentation. The .txt file contains polygenic scores for educational attainment constructed for Lee et al.'s (2018) prediction analyses of European-ancestry HRS respondents who provided salivary DNA between 2006 and 2008. Additional methodological information is available in the documentation.

Contributed projects based on HRS public data are provided by researchers who want to share their work with the research community.
