HRS-NIAGADS Cross-Reference File is required to link HHID/PN (the unique HRS identifier) to the identifier assigned to HRS genetic data stored and distributed by NIAGADS. Submit the Genetic Data Cross-Reference Request Form to apply for access to the cross-reference file after your NIAGADS Data Access Request (DAR) is approved.
