HRS recently launched a new system to manage RDA applications and modifications. To continue to manage an RDA that was created before 11/07/2019, you (or an administrative representative) must submit this form to register as an RDA Administrator.
After registration, there will be a delay while your RDA is configured for online access. You will be notified by HRS when configuration is complete, after which you will be able to log in to manage your agreement.
